Workouts are always so much better when surrounded by others! CBA Live is hosted on Zoom. Suitable for all levels from beginner to elite and available Worldwide.
Simply grab some water and jump into a workout with me from the comfort of your own home! 

These classes will be taking place every week, starting November and I want to run them so that I can see the people training with me, give personal tips, encouragement and basically have FUN together!

All classes will be recorded, so if you can’t make the live session you will be sent the link to catch up on class. Link will be available for 7 Days.

Box Splits Masterclass

Live, online masterclass designed to help you dig deeper towards your box splits in a safe and effective way.
Incorporating the right warm up, breathing exercises, and detailed stretching exercises.

Cardio Workout

Come and join me for my first ever LIVE KICKFIT class. 30 minutes of kickboxing cardio exercises for us to all do together. Body weight Hiit class, no repeats, no weights needed. Suitable for all levels. Modifications will be shown throughout.

Kicking Class

Let’s go back to basics and work on the fundamentals for kicking. Working on correct technique and alignment for our basic kicks. Starting on the floor and working our way to standing.

Leg Strength/
Conditioning Class

April 29th 9.30am - 10.10am (GMT Timezone)

Live online kicking class where I will take you through drills and exercises to really get the most out of your kicks.
I will be looking at ways to improve the height, control and precision of your kicks within this 40 minute masterclass.

Suitable for all levels. If you can’t make the live class, you will be sent a link to the LIVE REPLAY which will be available for 7 days afterwards.

Forms/Kata
Coaching Course

May 2nd - May 27th

Kata is a term that comes from martial arts: the act of constantly practicing and applying a sequence of actions, designed, in turn into a routine which can be called up instantly as needed. Chloe is a multiple World Champion in Traditional, Musical, and Weapons Forms, and is here to coach you through her improvement course.
You will then be able to try out kata and use it independently.

**Classes will be available to download and watch back throughout the duration of the course,  should you not make them live**

Private Lessons

I believe in sports for all, and recognise the importance of participation, building self confidence, exploring new experiences and feeling a sense of achievement. I will help inspire all my 1-2-1 students to get creative by expressing themselves through the art of movement with every student walking away inspired, wanting to train harder and give their all!

The lesson will be action packed from start to finish!

I offer 1 hour (£120.00) or 2 hour private sessions (£200.00), which are suitable for all ages from 5+
Anyone can take part, from novice level right through to World Class competitors.
