This is my latest all-new, 6-week program that will not only challenge the new kickers out there, but also the Elite! I am giving you all of my secrets to the training I’ve had for the last 30 years. It’s all up to YOU to put the hard work in now.

There are 2 types of sessions that you will be alternating each week. One is more flexibility based, and lasts around 30 minutes.
The other more strength-based, which lasts around 45 minutes each session. Depending on which training schedule you follow, you could train 2 times a week or 5 times a week. The choice is yours.

This program WILL challenge you, but the results WILL be worth it!
