The benefit of signing up to a program or subscription on the Chloe Bruce Academy is that your training totally works around you and your schedule. Every month I release a new training calendar that you can download with all memberships, however real results depend on how much you want it. On average you should be wanting to train at least 2 times per week.
If you sign up to one of the CB Academy membership subscriptions, the classes will be available so long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription. If you buy a program on a pay-per-program basis this program will be in your library indefinately.
Every injury is different, and although with certain injuries you will be able to do our more restorative programs and classes, we highly recommend you getting the ok via your physio/chiropractor or doctor prior to training on our platform.
Yes, if you are needing a little extra help with your training, you want to learn at your own pace, with a personal touch, then a Private Lesson is a great option. You can find out more about a 1-2-1 session with Chloe by clicking here
