Kickfit is a series of high-energy kickboxing cardio workouts with moves that cater for total beginners to elite. Chloe combines athletic movements like squatting, lunging, and jumping with kickboxing exercises such as kicks, punches, and stances. These classes will lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leave you with a great sense of achievement.
